The Reproductive Health Equity Act (HB 3391) has passed out of the legislature and was signed by Governor Brown! Now is the time to thank Governor Brown and the Representatives and Senators who voted yes on this crucial bill.
By passing the Reproductive Health Equity Act, the Oregon legislature is working to mend the gaps in reproductive health coverage for Oregonians, so that no one goes into debt for accessing reproductive health care; no one is denied care because of their citizenship status; no one is denied services because of their gender identity; and no one is denied abortion because the cost is too high.
