Every third Thursday of the month, join us to eat, meet APANO members, get updates on what's happening, and help shape APANO's political and programming agenda Food and refreshments provided. 6:00-8:00 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM).
Our October Meeting will be hosted a Canton Grill (located right next to the APANO Office in SE Portland!)
"How did we get here? Where do we go from here?" --at our second meeting we'll explore API racial equity narratives here in Portland and talk about our direct experiences as political expression. APANO is actively organizing our members to get more involved in their communities and fight for social justice. APANO is also currently conducting a Listening Tour to learn more about the issues directly affecting APIs in Oregon. This Portland based meeting will help inform that Listening Tour as well. Bring your voice to the discussion and come learn more about how you can get involved in the fight for API power!
Who: Asian Pacific Islander-identifying community members in Oregon; new and returning APANO members
