The Jade International Night Market is a crucial tool to help support local small businesses in the Jade District neighborhood. The annual summer event provides a space to celebrate and recognize the diversity and culture of the communities who live and work in the Jade District and sheds light on the issues impacting a neighborhood in transition.
We invite local food and retail small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community groups to be a vendor at this year’s Jade International Night Market! To ensure the event remains community-driven, we prioritize food and retail small businesses within the Jade District and outer Southeast neighborhoods. If you have never participated in a large scale festival before as a vendor, we can help you through the process of permitting (if a food vendor) and other paper work.
When: Saturday, August 19 + 26 @ 5:00 - 10:00 PM
Location: Portland Community College Southeast Campus, 2305 SE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR 97216
Transportation: Free parking; plenty of space for bikes and served by the Division MAX Green Line Station and Trimet Bus Routes 4 and 72

Applications will be approved based on both first come, first serve basis, as well as taking into consideration the products or services for sale to allow for the best possible mix of businesses, with preference given to Jade District businesses. Payment is required at the time of registration.
**Applications are not complete until the Jade District receives payment in the form of a check or via credit card. We will refund 100% of vendor fees if you are not accepted into the fair. **
Includes:
10 ft x 10 ft vendor space
Bring your own:
Canopy or Tent is required for every booth space. NOTE -- Must only use weighted bags or corners weights. Stakes risk damaging the underground campus irrigation system.
Lighting (example: lamps, candles, lights etc.) is required to raise visibility and contribute to the night market atmosphere.
Tables and chairs as needed.
Access to electricity is $15/day + booth reservation fees.
Early bird special: The Jade District is offering an “early bird” 10% discount on registration fees, built into the ticket cost, for vendors who apply before July 3, 2017.
Vendor Registration and Payment Deadline: August 4, 2017.
NOTE - Each ticket is only good for one day ONLY, if you would like to be present on both weekends, you will need to select two tickets total with the correct date(s)!
