We recognize the desire for further conversation specific to the Nov. 5 letter and what steps APANO is taking to address it. (Additional background and links to previous statements is available here.) Community Liaison Elisa Dozono is working to conduct a thorough examination, and hear and investigate any and all concerns brought forward. Her independent report will be brought to the APANO Boards and made public so we are better able to engage in a conversation about any of the changes that may be necessary to address concerns in our community. For more information on the Community Liaison process, click here.
Before receiving Elisa's report, Board members also want to speak with APANO members to discuss the process, our strategic decision-making, and get member input on how we can move forward together. We invite members to be in conversation with the Boards, discuss what steps we’re taking and provide feedback on what you want the Board to keep in mind or consider as we move to next steps.
This event is not designed as an opportunity for members to raise individual concerns with specific people or practices they have experienced at APANO. Please share those directly with Elisa Dozono at elisa.dozono@millernash.com, or take the survey the Community Liaison has released to members.
